Roderick "Rod" Pugh better known as the “Entertainment Guru”, a native of Midwest City, Oklahoma, is a self-taught dance choreographer, Certified Karaoke Judge and vocal performer.  As a  member of one of the hottest dance crews better known as “TooBadd”, the "Entertainment Guru" performed at many different parties and events with his crew over a 15-year span in the Oklahoma City area. Roderick has choreographed routines for dancing crews & singing groups, such as 4sha,TooBadd and N10sdy, Diversity, 2 Unstoppable, The Chosen Few.  With his dynamic talent, a couple of his highest honors were when he gained a position to dance for international recording artist Janet Jackson's dance choreographer Ms. Tina and legendary London recording artist Billie Jean King.

He has judged a plethora of competitions, even one of the largest Karaoke Contests in the Nation, Oklahoma Talent & Talent Quest Internationals Karaoke Singing Competition, in Laughlin, Nevada. That opened the doors for him to be a part of several national/statewide Karaoke & Talent competitions, including statewide events such as Graham’s Oklahoma Country Idol, O'Brien's Karaoke - Oklahoma State Fair and  Oklahoma Stock Yard Festival. Charlie's Bar and Grill Karaoke Contest. Fox and Hound American Idol Contest 
He has Hosted Karaoke events at the Lake Thunderbird Casino in Norman, Oklahoma. 
Former Host at Lucky Star Casino in Clinton Oklahoma. Former Host/DJ at Twisted X Karaoke in Maysville Oklahoma. Presently Hosting and DJing VIP Party's, Weddings, High School Proms, Banquets, Birthdays and Company functions.  Former Karaoke Host/DJ at Plaza Mayor a-k-a Crossroads in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Karaoke Host/DJ Katt Daddy at Lake Eufaula and Cookies in OKC.. The Grand Casino Hotel and Resort in Shawnee Oklahoma at the present time he runs The Peacock Room in Cushing Oklahoma, Whiskey Chicks Bricktown OKC Oklahoma, Bottom's up Maysville Oklahoma.  He is the Owner of TooBadd Productions Karaoke & DJ.
